Creating a Quick Ticket In Crew Mobile

What Are Quick Tickets Used For?

Quick tickets are an Aspire feature that lets crew leaders report time for jobs that 'pop-up' through Crew Mobile without going through the proposal process.

For example: This feature is used for irrigation repairs where the technician is scheduled ahead of time for irrigation system inspections, but then discovers that certain T&M repairs or maintenance is required. The additional T&M repair or maintenance can be performed using the quick ticket feature.

Creating a Quick Ticket from Crew Mobile App

This video will show you how to create a quick ticket from the Crew Mobile app. This will be something for crew leaders to know how to do.

Some of the ways you may use quick tickets in your company may be:

  • If you are working at a property and the client asks you to do some extra work that we need to bill them extra for, you may use quick tickets for that.
  • Another situation may be if you've been asked to go to a property that was not on your schedule for the day. You may need to go and provide some emergency service to a client, and using the quick ticket enables you to continue to work without waiting for that ticket to be put onto your schedule.
